High-tech industry is based on modern science and technology and its practical results,it plays an important role in the economic development of a country,its degree of development can determine whether a country can achieve long-term competitive advantage in the international market,it also has a profound influence on the country's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.Reform and opening up to now nearly 40 years,the development of high-tech industry in China has experienced a change from micro to heavy,but compared with the developed countries,China's high-tech industry is still lack of strong core competitiveness,the independent innovation and imitation innovation of technology are two basic ways to seek the breakthrough.And the innovation of industrial level can realize the transformation from intangible knowledge,technology to tangible productivity and income,it is the fundamental way to enhance the international competitiveness of a country's high-tech industry.Since the implementation of innovative national strategy,innovation as the core of national development strategy,and the high-tech industry as one of the key areas of national innovation.Thus,the innovation ability of high-tech industry is the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry and the future economic development of the country,vital to the development of the country.Then,as a big developing country in urgent need of industrial transformation,how should we choose a more appropriate model of technological innovation,to promote the upgrading of China's high-tech industry from technological progress to industrial competitiveness.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of imitative innovation and independent innovation,the theoretical basis of the two influences on the competitiveness of high-tech industry is expounded,and introduces the independent innovation and the imitation innovation in our country's high tech industry present situation and our country high tech industry development course.Based on the effects of exogenous by 1999?2013,China's high-tech industry 18 industry panel data,and the current investment background of high-tech industry in china,choosing foreign capital participation to measure the effect of independent innovation and imitation innovation,construct variable coefficient and variable intercept panel data model and static panel GMM model,empirical analysis of the impact of independent innovation and imitation innovation model on the competitiveness of China's high-tech industry;in order to measure the impact of the two innovation modes on the competitiveness of high-tech industry,taking human capital as the carrier of knowledge and the origin of innovation,the interactive items of human capital and two innovation effects were tested again.Empirical results show:Under the influence of China's high-tech industry environment,the mode of independent innovation and imitation innovation have a positive effect on the competitiveness of China's high-tech industry,the influence of the independent innovation model is obviously greater than the imitation innovation model;as the carrier of knowledge and innovation,human capital can further expand the positive impact of the two innovation modes on the competitiveness of high-tech industry.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the process of improving the competitiveness of high-tech industry in China by using independent innovation and imitative innovation in china and proposed relevant policy recommendations.
