The Research Of The Function Of Technique Innovation On Promoting Manufacturing Competitive Ability And Their Correlation

The manufacturing industry is the pillar of the national economy, it is also very important to make people rich and country powerful. Technique innovation is the inherent impetus that pushes the industry development and the source of the manufacturing industry getting the competitive advantage. The technique innovation ability of the manufacturing industry decides its competitive ability directly. At first, this article analyses the present development condition of Chinese manufacturing industry, pointing out that China has become the county of a big manufacturing industry, yet not a strong one. This condition is manifested by "five low" forms, such as the low total amount scale, the low increased value rate, the low productivity. This article points out that the bottleneck factor which restricts the development of Chinese manufacturing industry is the lack of innovation ability, the key and core technique and independent brand; Then , this article is based on the correlative technique innovative theories and industry competitive ability theories, and analyzes the function mechanism of technique innovation on increasing our country's manufacturing competitive ability from seven aspect, such as cost, quality, efficiency, scale and structure, and it points out that independent technique innovation is the necessary road which makes our country from the country of big manufacturing industry to the country of strong manufacturing industry; And then , this article respectively designs the technique innovation ability and industry competition ability index system and adopts the method of the gray relevant analysis and entropy , we calculate its relationship and carry on the row preface. We analysis the manufacturing industry technique innovation ability's influence on its competition ability; At last, according to the above analytical result, we put forward the measures that depending on the technique innovation to promote Chinese manufacturing industry competition ability from eight aspects, namely, changing the development mode, enlarging the input of man and financial, strengthening the research and development of the new product, strengthening the creative ability of the intelligent property right, establishing the innovation encouraged mechanism, promoting the industrial structure, constructing the policy environment.
