But ancient bronze mirror of its history. In recent years, the financial frauds of such famous companies such as Enron Worldcom and Xerox,etc,were revealed in succession, made the whole world capital market shroud in the dense shade . we also have witnessed too many financial frauds of listed companies of our country too, such as Qiongminyuan Dongfangguolu Daqinglianyi Zhenbaiwen and Yinguangxia ,everyone made people shocking! The behavior of financial fraud,not only bring great loss to investor, wavere and dampenn investors' confidence,but also destroy the credit foundation of stock market and challenge the principle of open justice and fair, influence the important function of rational distribution and hindere the health of national economy from developing continuously.The financial fraud becomes public hazards of the world economic's development ,how to attack and control financial fraud becomes very urgent sternly.What reasons cause financial fraud, which kind of tactics are used to carry financial fraud,and how to discern and control financial fraud become the present urgent problem to be solved. Reseach on these problem can prevent the financial fraud from carrying, protect investor's interests , purify the investment environment, promote the capital market, promote the harmonious development continuously of the international economy too.
