Ownership structure is regarded as the property right foundation in corporate governance.The shareholders' right is the final factor that decided the corporate governance mechanism and efficency, but how ownership structure becomes the important even one of key factors in corporate governance? In fact, it decided by the dispersed shareholder and socialization ownership in stock-company type enterprise. In stock-company type enterprise, the socialization ownership could not all participate enterprise's actual operation and management.
