Study On Financing Problems Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Hubei Province

In recent years, the small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei is developed rapidly, but it's still behind the eastern coastal areas - Zhejiang generally.It is the problem of financing that constrains the development of SMEs in Hubei Province. This paper will adopt a comparative analysis.By comparing the situation of the financing between Hubei Province and Zhejiang Province ,the Successful practices of the financing of SMEs in Zhejiang and the reasons of the difficulty financing in Hubei will be found, and then the feasible countermeasures of the solution of the difficulty financing in Hubei will be put forward.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction. It outlines the main research background and significance of the paper, and on the basis of the description and the evaluation of the status of the research, the methods of the rearch and innovations of the paper will be proposed. The second part is the basic theoretical research of the financing of the SMEs. Firstly, the basic concepts and types of corporate financing is proposed, and then the MM Theory, Two Gap Theory, Pecking Order Financing Theory, Financial Life Cycle of the Firm are introduced. Ihey will derect the practical issues on the research the financing of SMEs in Hubei Province. The third part is the financing situation of SMEs in Hubei. Firstly, it analyse the the current Development of the SMEs in Hubei by the comparative analysis, then it focuses the status of the financing of the SMEs between Zhejiang Province and Hubei Province, and finds the the differences that exist in the financing between the two provinces and the successful experience in Zhejiang ,also the problems of the financing in Hubei . The fourth part is the reasons of the difficulty financing of the SMEs in Hubei. In comparison with Zhejiang province , it finds that the phenomenon of the difficulty financing of the SMEs in Hubei is mainly caused by a variety of factors, such as the low quality of the SMEs in Hubei, the inadequate attention and supplied policy of the government ,the banking institutions with not enough support ,the imperfect credit guarantee system, and so on. The fifth Part puts forward the specific programs of the solution of the problem of financing on various efforts which is on the comparative analysis of the previous text, from the successful experience of Zhejiang, and on the basis of the actual situation of Hubei.Finally, there is a conclusion of the major research of the whole text.Ana some problem needs the further research in the future.
