Financing Small And Medium Enterprises In Hubei Province And Countermeasures

In recent years, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has been considered as a very important factor to support the social development and economical development. The small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei Province has grown quickly, and its contribution to the national economy has been improved and has become Hubei economic and social development as an important force. However, compared with the coastal areas of Zhejiang, financing small and medium enterprises in Hubei Province has been a major obstacle to development, which to some extent, slowed the process of its development, but also the economic development of Hubei Province had a negative impact.In this paper, the financing of small and medium-sized general theory based on logical reasoning and chart analysis, empirical comparison of a combination of methods, find out the success in Zhejiang and put forward feasible suggestions countermeasures for Hubei.The full text of the overall framework is as follows: The first chapter provides an overview of the background of subjects, the significance of the research at home and abroad, as well as research methods in this article. Chapter II introduces the financing of small and medium-sized MM theory, the trade-off theory, pecking order theory and other enterprises,and then define defines the relevance of the concept about small and medium-sized enterprises. Chapter III, the condition of financing and the reason of difficulties will be analyzed,and according to compare and analyze the related datas about small and medium-sized enterprises financing between Hubei and Zhejiang, the successful experiences in Zhejiang and the reason of financing difficulties in Hubei will be found out. Chapter IV, following the useful experience in Zhejiang Province, and in view of the realities of small and medium enterprises in Hubei Province, were made from a few more specific with operational suggestions from three aspect.
