With the world economy integration, especially, after our country enter into WTO, the enterprises face more and more stresses and challenges, at the same time, there are more and more absorbing opportunities on developing the international market and cooperating in the science research. How to grasp the chances and decrease the stresses and threats becomes a question that the Chinese enterprises, especially the great and middle style state-owned enterprises must face. They should clearly realize the strengths and weaknesses of their own, capitalize upon the strengths to grasp the opportunities, evade the weakness, and develop quickly .Only like this, would win in the heavy competitions of one by one.It introduce DL company from four aspects in the case of the dissertation: the abstract condition, the company's conditions of the production and operation, productive process and the distribution of products, some main questions on marketing management of the company .In the analysis part of the dissertation, first, I adopt SWOT analysis ways to criticize the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of DL company, secondly, it is the analysis about product, This part analyzes from the stage of the present product of the company in the dissertation, the core ability of competition of the company and strengths of product, the distribution of products, the exploiting strategy of new product, providing preparation for making scientific strategy of product. In the third part of the case analysis, adopt 4P'S analysis ways to analyze and criticize the price, marketing channel, promotion approach, and the present condition of marketing organization, finding the elementary reasons of these questions. At last, according to actual conditions of DL company, the dissertation puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the marketing activity level of the company. Including: Doing well in the account of productive cost, make clear the superiority of production. Utilizing the strengths, improve the product ability of the competition. Strengthening the construction and management of marketing channel. Developing and innovating promotion work. Establishing a fightful marketing forces.
