As China's market economic systems gradually mature and perfect,the medical service market competition is increasingly fierce.The study of how to seize the opportunities in the fierce market competition,improve service quality,application of marketing theory in physical health examination service of invisible display,exploration of marketing management mode of professional medical institutions the operation of the market is more and more important.In recent years,in order to give full play to the resource advantage,service local economic development,as a professional bodies to provide technical support for the port health quarantine law enforcement work,taking out health inspection,entry-exit personnel vaccination and health consultation,health quarantine enforcement of technical support,at the same time,Sanming international travel health care center are also constantly seeking development,explore ways of self-improvement,and actively participate in the fierce market competition in the health examination,exploit social medical service.Facing the increasingly fierce competitive environment,health centers must use the advanced marketing theory,relying on its own professional health check feature;construct the marketing mode,to enhance healthy brand.Based on the establishment of professional medical institutions marketing mode as the breakthrough point,the paper with the guidance of the advanced strategic management theory and marketing theory,through the analysis of international travel health care center,described the actual conditions,with in-depth study of the present situation,and from China's health industry present situation,competitor analysis,buyers behavior characteristics of macroscopic and microscopic layer facing the health center to face the market environment analysis.On this basis,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the health center facing opportunities and challenges,points out the health center has advantages and disadvantages,and using Boston matrix to the health center existing portfolio analysis.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the market using the STP theory to the health center products target market segmentation,selection and positioning,combined with 4P,4C and 4R proposed a set of professional medical institutions to develop the market competition of the "4PC+2R" marketing mode,and according to the actual need,construct the implementation of the marketing mix mode the security system,to provide theoretical and practical basis for developing social medical service center for health,guide their marketing activities.The main contribution of this paper lays in the system use the marketing knowledge,guide the practical activities to the advanced theory,the practice into theory,for the international travel health care center,put forward a complete set of marketing mode and the construction of the security system,and guide their marketing activities.Through the implementation of the model,Sanming international travel health care center for economic benefits to achieve sustained growth,competitive strength has been continuously enhanced,further improving the service level,lay a solid foundation for the leading brand of health center in the field of Sanming professional health examination.
