Due to some specific reasons, the actually name of the world famous telecom communication company which the author will deeply analysis in this paper will be replaced by the denominator of company A. company A is a world famous telecom communication company with a history of over130 years. During the past hundreds of years, science and technology has been making considerable improvements, and the changes in its corresponding market environment turn to be intensively huge. As a giant, standing firmly in telecom field for over 130 years, Company A certainly has much worth learning.The author, working in Company A joint-venture company for about 7 years since 1999. During these 7 years, he not only caught Company A's last train reaching its high increase rate of 40% in the 90's last century, experienced deficit time with huge debts of USD 1.97 billion in 2001, but also witnessed its strategic transformation to get rid of the decline risk, and gain profit again from the second half year of 2003.Based on the personal experience of Company A's up and down in these years, the author is willing to use the mastered MBA theory to analyze and discuss how the famous high-tech enterprise with hundreds years of history to conquer its problem and carry out business strategic transformation, when facing business environment changes and crisis.The paper adopts case study and integration of theory with practice. It includes some important theories, such as managerial theory, strategy management theory, sales and marketing theory, competition theory, etc. Most cases come from sources of Company A published document and files, published information by other telecom communication companies and other statistics in mobile communication market.The main work of this paper list as following: 1. With the guidance of the strategic management theory, in-depth analysis the internal and external strategic competitive environment of company A when facing with the crisis.2. In light of the actual cases study, analysis the rationality and the validity of the strategy decision which Company A had made when facing with the crisis. It also prove that a series of strategies what the company A had made at that time is correct by the actually case study data, and then, it comprehensive analysis the enterprise's strategic transformation ability of company A in this paper. learning the enterprise's strategic transformation ability from the world famous telecommunication company of company A will have great help for our national enterprise.3. Through the detailed analysis of the enterprise's strategic transformation ability from company A, it help to deepened understanding of how to apply the right business management theory into the actual work, and it summed up the very important inspiration for China's enterprises about how to improve the enterprise's strategic transformation ability of them. All of these are very useful in a practical sense.4. The conclusion of this paper: The so-called enterprise's strategic transformation ability is when facing environmental changes, an enterprise should be equipped with the ability of accurately working out a new development strategy and effective strategy action, and the strategic execution competence. In fact, a lot of case study had been proved that some companies have encountered a complete collapse of the crisis, some other companies can toward the path of sustained success after experiencing crisis, Their difference lies in the enterprise's strategic transformation ability. To keep the sustained development, enterprises need to possess a core competence, namely enterprise strategy transformation ability.
