Study On Enterprise's Executive Ability And Core Competence

The execution of the strategy has been one of the most important and urgentproblems which harass the top managers of enterprises in China.The study on theexecution of enterprises can solve the difficulties in the management effectively,thenimprove the efficiency and effect of the management,ultimately enhance the the corecompetence of the enterprises.Since the 90s of 20th century,the theories of corecompetence has been a hot issue in the theory circle of the management.Both thetheories and the practice of it have been improved greatly,which is of great guidingsignificance for the strategy making of the enterprises.This paper thinks that powerfulexecutive ability is part of the core competence.Only the enterprises have powerfulexecutive ability can they keep the advantages in the technic,talents and managementand creat benefits for a long time.In this paper,enterprise organization is studied toprobe into executive ability and core competence. This paper is based on the basictheories of enterprise's executive ability and core competence,analyses the relationbetween strongly operational execution and core competence. With qualitative andquantative system analysis method,how to choose management strategy and how totransform and innovate on the basis of core competence are brought up.The main work of this paper includes:In chapter 1,the theories and research statusof enterprise's executive ability and core competence are introduced ,and thesignificance and thoughts of this study are brought up. In chapter 2, this paperanalyses the theories of executive ability in a sestemic way. In chapter 3,the relationbetween executive ability and core competence are demonstrated. This paper pointsout that executive ability is an important part of core competence and the strengthenedexecutive ability can enhance the core competence.In chapter 4,through analysing theresources and enviornment on the basis of core competence, how to choose theenterprise's management strategy is proposed. In chapter 5,the structure,levels andmethods of dynamic management of core competence are stated.
