In the century 21, the main competition between company is brand . To a country, it is an important symbol to show the economic strength about how many world famous company and world famous brands it has. To company, famous brand is great wealth to win customer.In our country, now is still at the beginning stage for the research and management on brand. There are seldom cases about bring up and management the brand. So now we are facing a big problem: How to quicken establishing the brand to upgrade its own strength.In this article , analyzing the brand and the actuality of brand management of company SN (manufacturer of kitchenware) applying theories and demonstration to do the research.Firstly , introducing the basic theories for brand management; Secondly , analyzing the actuality of brand and brand management an find the main problem. At last, integrating theories and demonstration, find out a suitable mode for Company SN, including : establish a committee for brand management, brand position, establish Brand Identity System, Integrated Marketing Communication, establish system for management of conjuncture and so on.This article research on the brand management for company SN by models and methods, in order to improve the consciousness and ability about brand management, farther to upgrade the competition for the manufacturer.
