The industrialization and urbanization rapid development, population increase, expanding the scope of activities and land resources in the unreasonable use have caused pollution and degradation. The contradiction between limited quantity of land resources and the demand growth of social is deepening day and day. The sustainable research of land use has theoretical and practical value. In order to realize tendency fitting forecast of the land sustainable use strategy regulation goal, this article uses the system analytic method. From the population, the economic and the ecological environment angle, the article defines land sustainable use connotation and establishes the system function. It chooses ingredient analytic method correlation matrix and BP neural network to construct the land sustainable use system simulation model .Unified the fang cheng city environment and strategic condition, according to the land utilization present situations; it analyzes the question and formulates three kind of lands sustainable uses plan. It simulates three kind of land utilization strategy plan about the future development tendency. Through comparison and analysis of the fitting result, the favor practical case has been chosen which is sustainable development to this city. Policy and suggestion have been produced which is useful to land sustainable use. The article finding indicates that we uses the system analytic method and the correlation matrix and the BP neural network method, suitably reduces the input and output variable, strengthens accuracy and the serviceability of the model and obtains the good effect. It shows that the method is effective to process this kind of complex questions.
