Therefore, itis of great theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the study on thedevelopment of Guangxi capital market.Through ten years development, the capital market has become into the importantcomposition of national economy and the great strength for economic growth. However,the service target of domestic capital market is mainly limited to the strong big-sizedenterprises which are small part of every industry. Nearly there are no the leadingenterprises in every industry while there are many small and medium sized businessesstruggling for Guangxi economy growth. Therefore, the most urgent problem to solve isto build regional capital market in order to provide solution to the financial difficultiesof small and medium-sized businesses for their further growth. This market mustinvolve perfect system, proper structure and great function for Guangxi economicdevelopment.Based on this kind of view, this paper is oriented by promotion of direct financing,in which the objective is to find the effective model for economy development with theutilization of capital market and to construct proper market system, policy system andsupervision system for attracting and encouraging domestic and foreign funds to flowinto Guangxi area in order to form "Fund Basin" to promote economic growth. Firstly, the study of this paper is based on the theories of relationship of regionaleconomy and capital market at home and abroad and the problem can be summarizedinto this framework which is suitable for the feature of economic system and structure ofour area.
