With the updating competitive market development since 21st Century, it is getting verydifferent to have a further subdivision to the market, the product and service are getting moreand more homogenous. The product innovation becomes less as a return. Now day thefunction, cosmetic, price and advertisement of the mobile are all becoming homogenous, it isvery difficult to win the market if just based on one of the single advantages of the products.The founder of the marketing conformity theory D. E. Shuerchi commented that only thechannel and transmit can lead the differential competitive advantages since 1990 of 20thecentury. While, in our china mobile market today, people are getting more favor on thechannel of the differential conformity distribution model and the market success are dependedon how fast your product can distribute to the ender customer. While the key point to win thespeed is to shorten the delivery lead time between the customer and the product service. Itrequires a scientific and high efficient distribution channel management to speed the channelsales efficiency. We can forecast that in the mobile agent business line, the channelinnovation and valued channel distribution model are going to be the important way tostrategically win the 21 st market.This thesis stars from the communication business line's development, point out Chinamobile's development direction and the furore development trend, it also analyze the wholemarket environment of mobile agents and study the opporttmity & challenges in such channelsituation. It concludes in this thesis, the mobile agent have to face the fighting of mobiledistribution channel in the future competitive market, and the capability of distributiondetermines the mobile distributor survival and development. So after study the distributionstrategy and traditional distribution model, this thesis brings up an innovation and direction onmobile distribution based on the analysis of the traditional distribution advantage anddisadvantage. Lastly, this thesis also analyzes the way and reality of innovation distribution model for the mobile agent.To realize the innovation of distribution model, we may start from the innovation basedon mobile agent internal and external resource. It take advantage of the extemal resource torealize the products promotion .with the distribution channel innovation operation and servicemodel innovation, it can exert the advantage of enterprise and build up the competitivedistribution model.With the research of the channel distribution innovation model, this thesis hope to have astrong reference for the mobile agent business line besides to the other type enterprisedistribution channel competition.
