Research On R&D Activity Influence Of China

R&D activity is the core and foundation of Science and Technology (S&T) activity as well as the source of innovation. Among all the factors which affect economy, the influence and contribution share of R&D activity are getting greater and greater, which is a universal law to countries' economic development.On the basis of a great deal of literature reading and materials accumulation, the paper carrys the research on R&D activity influence in theory and demonstration and puts forward some countermeasures bearing pertinency and maneuverability grasping closely the masterstroke of enhancing China's R&D activity influence, which blends the Critierion and Demonstration Analysis under the direction of Science and Technology Statistics, Regional Economics, Technological Economics and Quantity Economics.The paper expounds the connotations of R&D activity, regional innovation ability, economics development and R&D activity influenc, discusses the conduction mechanism of R&D activity influence and the primary factors restricting China's R&D activity influence presently. On the basis of the connotation and structure of R&D activity influence, the paper constructs the appraisal indicators system of R&D activity influence including indicators of the resource ability of R&D activity, of the output ability of R&D activity's main bodies, of the transform ability of R&D achievements and of the cooperation ability of the three. Then the author applies Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) method and Grey Relationship Analysis to carry on a synthesis quantitative analysis to China's R&D activity influence and make corresponding appraisal, and puts forward some coutermeasures of enhancing China's R&D activity influence based on SWOT analysis.The shows that to enhance China's R&D activity influence, the realistic choice is to implement the strategy of making corporation main body, the strategy of prospering country by science and education, the strategy of strengthening country by talents, the strategy of muli-union, the strategy of structure-adjusting, the strategy of S&T system reformation, the strategy of self-innovation, the strategy of constructing national innovation system, the strategy of guiding and controlling by government and the strategy of global R&D, etc.
