With the relaxation of the entrance to china's financial market, more and more foreign banks enter into banking market of our country. Then did the entry impact the original oligopoly market structure intensely? How can Chinese commercial banks do to compete with these foreign banks and other joint-equity banks? I have conducted the research of our banking market structure, with the guide of amended industrial organization theory and the game theory ,the article analysis the market behaviors in the our country commercial banks ,the mainly studies are as follows.The 1st chapter is the introduction. It briefly introduced background, goal, significance, key frame of the article; finally it introduced the present situation of the domestic and foreign research.The 2nd chapter has outlined the industrial organization theory. This chapter introduced industrial organization's development course, mainly divided into the traditional industrial organization theory and the new industry organization theory. There are different branches in the traditional industry organization theory, which takes the SCP model as representative's Harvard school of thought, and Chicago school of thought and market universalism - new Austrian school and "the efficiency school of thought" , which is famous for "the behavior school of thought". The new product industry obtains the new research on the strategy sex act theory, the product difference theory, might aspect and so on competitive market theory results in the organization theory , it has introduced analysis method and so on the game theory, information economics, quantity economic in the research technique. This article uses the revision the SCP analysis frame, namely both considers the market mechanism to the market behavior influence, and considers the market behavior to the market mechanism reactionThe 3rd chapter has conducted the actual research of our country commercial banks in the banking market structure. The article chooses three indexes- CR4, the H index and the N index to explain the Structural Change of Market. In order to study the degree of foreign banks' influence to china's banking market structure, the article separate CR4 into two situations, one the foreign banks is included, the other the foreign banks is not. We found that the impact of foreign banks to china's banking industry is not so strong than imagines. Then the article studied the product difference and the barrier to china's banking industry. At the end of this chapter we have a conclusion that our structure of banking market is changing from oligopoly to monopolistic competition.The 4th chapter uses the game theory to analysis the strategic choice of the commercial banks of China. According to the model of entry and obstruction, the reigning should choose beating when it could get more benefits. By seeing from the development of Chinese macro-economy, the development of the bank itself and the development space of the banking, the commercial banks in China have possessed this kind of potent, therefore it can not choose beating at this stage. However, foreign capital trade will expand not only in the market structure but also in the service. According to the expanding cournot model, too many banks' entry will cause the fund price reducing and the industry profit dropping. But according to Stackelberg model, the leader could get more profit than the flowers, therefore , the commercial banks in China must take the initiative ,seize and protect the share of market it has owned.The 5th chapter emphasis on the behaviors of the commercial banking market . The market behaviors are related to the market structure, the key point of this chapter is to research during the transform process of the complete monopoly to the perfect competition market structure, which market behaviors our commercial banks should adapt to. This paper analyses the price competition behaviors, the non- price competition behaviors separately. Because our interest rate market is incompletely, and the limitation in price competition strategy, plundering fixed price and so on, therefore, we choose to do from the non- price competition strategy such as the bank promote behaviors, merger and the product difference behaviors. Commercial bank's promote behavior mainly includes market subdivision, new development in customers, new produce in products, the product fixed price strategy, customer manager system, the service difference and the bank image dissimilation; and the main thought of merge behavior is this: The large-scale state-owned bank did not advocated to buy other banks, encouraging the joint-equity banks to merger the bankrupted city commercial bank, guarding against the foreign capital banks control Chinese banking even endangers the security of Chinese finance industry. The product difference mainly includes the traditional service, the development of characteristic middle service, the finance innovates and so on.
