Research Of The Development Of Land Resource Under The Macroscopical Reulating Environment

Since the'six items of national policy'and detailed rules for regulating the Real Estate trade issued, people pay more attention to the Real Estate. For price of house is one of the top pop social topics, Real Estate is one of the most payout, Real Estate developing area is one of the most capital concentrated trade, the Real Estate industry is commonly the pillar industry of the developing countries, the Real Estate industry can easily influence the domestic economy, and land resource development is a important factor in Real Estate industry.Land is the base of human live, the physical carrier, the social and economic developing must tie to the land resource. Land is limited and unregenerate resource, but can be repeatedly used, so, to develop land resource reasonability, optimize the collocation land resource is especially important.The Author tries to link the theories of MPA studied in 2 and half a years with working experience, to analyse the development of land resource under the macroscopical regulating environment.
