Study On Our Country's Urban Land Resources Allocation Mechanism

Along with the rapid development of national economy, the process of Chinese urbanization also unceasingly speeds up. The land as the essential constituent of urban construction becomes one of primary factors to influence urbanization, how to correctly deal with the land location question in the urbanized process appears even more importantly. Based on this kind of background, the paper in the predecessor research results foundation, taking the urban economics, the land economic, the public management study and so on as the main theory basis, carries on the system analysis to land resource allocation in the our country urbanization process.Urban land is the optimal allocation of resources for urban development, the key to solve the problems of cities. Urban land resource allocation itself is a huge and complex system, and there are macro issues, but also micro-issues, both economic issues, but also social and environmental benefits. Handle these problems, the city will realize the optimal allocation of land resources. We should correctly handle land allocation of resources in many contradictions, which rely on certain economic mechanisms.The paper research land resource allocation question from the way of efficiency and fair, under the market economy condition, proves how market fully plays the foundation role in land resource allocation, simultaneously, reasonably limits the government function in the land resource allocation. Unifies the Chinese peculiar circumstance, constructs the new land resource allocation mechanism, promotes the urbanization, maintains the social justice.
