Studies On Residential Location Choices Of Townsmen In DanDong City

The paper established the factor system of residential location choice and satisfaction degree of residential location of townsmen in Dandong guiding by the method of thinking combination of internal and external causes.By the means of surveys and statistical analysis,I organized surveys of residential location choice and satisfaction degree of residential location of townsmen in Dandong, analyzed motive mechanisms and main factors on residential location choices of townsmen in Dandong. Found the problems in the residential district planning and put forward the concretely resolved measure.Hope to do some help in government,s adjusting the city planning and construction about proper residential location and townsmen,s choosing an address to living.This paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part,researched on the related problem of residential location choices.Carried on summary and evaluation mainly from the concept,basic theories, method and mode etc.Provided theories foundation for the follow-up research.The second part,investigated and analyzed to the factors of residential location choice of the residents in Dandong city.Established the factor system on residential location choice and satisfaction degree of residential location of townsmen in Dandong guiding by the method of thinking combination of internal and external causes.Analyzed motive mechanisms and main factors on residential location choices of townsmen in Dandong.The third part,researched on the problem in residential district planning and resolves the measure.Found the problem of residential district planning on the base of surveys of satisfaction degree and took out the measures.Finally,carried on the summary and made a related discussion.
