On The Research Of The Private Economic Development In Revivalizing The Old North-east Industry Base

Private economy is an important part of the socialistic market economy. In the last opening and reform 20 years,many practices have proved that under the market economic system the economic development level of one area depends on its private economy in high degree. Revivalizing the Old North-east Industry Base is an important strategic plan that the Party Central Committee and the State Council are building a comfortably-off society all round .At the third covention of The Sixteenth National People's Congress we passed《The Decision of the Central Committee of Communist Party on Certain Problems of Improving sSocialistic Market Economic System》.
