The Research Of The Use Of Outside Capital And Market Expansion In The Revitalization Of Northeast Old Industrial Bases

Current discussions of the revitalization of the prosperity in Northeast China are under the conditions of the establishment and improvement of the framework of the market economy and the high open level in China. For a long time, a shortage of funds has been a major factor restricting the development of the Northeast regional economy. From the macro level, the economic development is facing a shortage of funds. From the micro-level, performance is on the shortage of funds for enterprises. Therefore, pooling funds and the choice of financing is an important topic in the road. Only when we have a solid financial system and the financing mechanism, we have a solid premise and basis for the revitalization of the Northeast. Only when we have an efficient financial support, Northeast can better integrate local resources and better mobilize the resources of the northeast. Thus it could become the impetus for the revitalization of the Northeast.Economic development must bear funds supporting, especially in the revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast China, social transformation and the process of industrialization. Therefore, the issue is particularly prominent. Restructuring, institutional innovation, technological transformation and reorganization of human resources requires a large amount of capital investment and so on. China is a developing country with limited financial powers. The government cannot invest such a huge amount of money in the short term. Thus, money supply is bound to create an enormous loophole. On the current situation, Chinese capital market size is limited, totally unrealistic to expect the listing to solve the funding problem. Bank loans and payments due to financial constraints cannot separate their own budgets to make up the shortfall in funds for the task. Where could this part of the funds come from? In this paper, old industrial bases in northeast China's financing situation and the problems that exist from the use of internal development and the use of foreign investment capital and specific, appropriate financing strategy, are stressed. The importance of improving the financing environment is a prerequisite for the use of outside capital.
