Study On Financing Problems Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Old Industrial Bases In Northeast

The medium small business enterprise is an important part of the old industry base, having a special function and the existence meanings to the old industry base of northeast, For currently, among all the problems which the small business enterprise face in the old industrial bases in northeast China, the difficulty in financing has already become the biggest bottleneck. Therefore, the study of how to solve the financing difficulties of the northeast old industrial bases, can promote the vigorous development of SMEs, is of great significance to the northeast old industry base reformation.This essay mainly centers on how to solve the problem of financing in the middle and small sized enterprises, especially in the Northeast Industrial Base. It employs the analysis of evidence, standard, contrast, logic and so on, and it starts from the illustration of middle and small sized enterprises and the problem of financing. This essay has also analyzed the present situation of financing in the middle and small sized enterprises in the Northeast Old Industrial Base. It holds the opinion that the main causes of the financing problems should lie in the self-limitation of the middle and small enterprises, the information imbalance among the financing activities, the lagging of loan guarantee services, the slow development of the specific middle financial institutions and so on. Thus, on the basis of borrowing ideas from the developed countries and regions in respect of their financing experience, this essay deems that the middle and small sized enterprises should begin with strengthening self-construction, continuously expand financing means, increase the capacity inside financing. At the same time, governments and related main parts should promote the system of financial guarantee and services, take financial innovations with a great effort, make decisions according to the specific situations of the time and enterprises in order to solve the financing problems in the Northeast Industrial Base and promote the healthy development of the middle and small sized enterprises in the Northeast Industrial Base and the regional economic prosperity.
