| At present, especially after entering WTO, agriculture and rural economy of China aremarching toward new seedtime; we are faced with more market competition inside andoutside of China. Security of agriculture products quality affects not only people's health, butalso agriculture and rural economy and sustainable development. It is an important step toconstruct the base of agriculture products processing. It is in reason to make the decision also.We expand the green agriculture products processing industry through the processing base.We hasten the evolution of agriculture producing style, we adjust agriculture economystructure, we work hard to increase the income of the peasants, and we work hard to carryout sustainable development. Therefore we need study relevant issues about the processingbase of green agriculture products deeply; we should bring forward availablecountermeasures. So we could improve the quality of farm products, and adjust agriculturebetter, and exalt industry level, we could make agriculture production more efficient, makepeasants richer.The paper includes four sections.The first section is about basic concepts and analysis in fundamental theories.
