Among the literature, the openness finance's the gains or losses problem researches is very widely and tend to mature already indeed. But the problem about the influence factor of the openness for finance still needs to study. Although some scholar have prosecute the research in reason analysis already, and they explain the influence factor for the openness finance, the research still not very comprehensive.
