Research On Telecom Asset Securitization And Management Of Its Risks

Telecom industry needs a great number of funds which can not be sufficiently supplied by traditional ways of financing, especially in those developing countries, such as China.Thanks to the Asset Securitization, which comes in our life as an innovation of financing, it opens a new way of financing to the telecom industry. This article is doing research on the asset Securitization for the telecom enterprises, which we call it telecom asset Securitization in this article.The author tries to find the ways of asset Securitization for Chinese telecom industry, as well as for the same industry over the world.The achievements of this article are the designing of three ways for telecom asset Securitization, in which, the Securitization of communications fees receivable and future paid is the highlight.This article is dividened into five chapters. The third and forth are the kernel. The first chapter is the exordium, in which the aim of this study is brought forward. The second chapter mainly reviews the development of asset Securitization theory in China and aborad. The third part designs the approcaches of the telecom asset Securitization, and analyzes two cases. The fourth part summarizes special risks of the telecom assets Securitization, and tells how to manage or escape from them. The last part indicates the innovation and contribution of this article, and brings forward the next aspect for thorough study.
