With the marketing mange theory, this article describes the development of manage of clients, integrating the actual situation of Guangxi telecom Ltd, Company. In the situation where market competition is very drastic, how to treat the manage of client is a very important subject for all the enterprise. So that, the manage of clients is a subject of manage which is prospective, complicated, diversiform, very useful to management of entreprise.Above all, this paper introduces the VIP departement of Guangxi telecom Ltd, Company. And then,this paper analyses the successful fators and the failing fators , integrating the actual situation of the VIP departement. Finally, it puts away some proposals of next development in the fators that are howing to develop the clients, howing to maintain the clients and howing to promote the clients, integrating the contents of manage of client in the marketing manage theory.
