Research On Influence Of Trade-Cost Theories Upon Logistics Decision

At present, logistics industry has become a important realm indomestic economy and more and more person focus at it. As a difficultproblem, the concept of logistics cost management has become a kind ofnew manage mode. The research range of the cost management includesthe cost accounting, management accounting and an economics processreengineering three layers. And the decision-making is a core problem inlogistics management. The main research of this dissertation is theinfluence of trade-cost theories upon logistics decision based on the thirdlayer.Logistics cost would be divide to work-cost, orgazination-cost andtrade-cost. With the dividition, logistics outsourcing, the boundary oftransport enterprise and the programming of the value chain boundary insupply chain management(SCM) are three decision problems which thisdissertation wants to resolve. With analyzing the relation of the businessquantity, business appropriation and organization boundary, a newoutsourcing former was built. The business which is large quantity andstrong appropriation will be outsourcing whereas then will be insourcing.Taking rail system as an example, we analyzed the trend of transportenterprise system reform and put forward some suggestions aboutfollow-up decisions such as how to adjust the boundary of rail bureaulevel. With analyzing about the outsourcing of retail enterprise's valuechain, we can find that a large amount of enterprises' lengthwaysboundary has the contractive trend and parts of enterprises' horizontalboundary has extend trend. Whit the research above, some help andlessons for related decision of logistics management were tried to build.
