The Forming Mechanism Of Enterprise's Logistics Cost And The Frame Research Of Check System

Facing to enterprise logistics and according to the analysis of enterprise logistics cost, this paper further researches the formation mechanism of enterprise's logistics cost, the frame of check system and check index system and the establishment of check methods of enterprise logistics cost.Using system theory, value system and self-organization theory, this paper sets up the triangular organization structure of enterprise system strategy according to value flow and establishes enterprise's logistics structure modes of different logistics operational and management modes.Using diversity management theory and task cost theory, this paper does classifying research and clustering analyses on different logistics operational and management modes and logistics structures, and establishes relationship diagrams of corresponding logistics activities.Using supply chain management theory, value chain, cost management theory, etc, this paper crystallizes different stages of enterprise's logistics cost forming, proposes some valuable concepts, such as logistics cycle time and the cost of logistics cycle time, further researches the forming mechanism of enterprise's logistics cost based on logistics cycle time, establishes logistics cycle time based on supply chain, and analyzes the main logistics cycle time influencing the forming of logistics costs and some ascription questions of logistics cycle time under different logistics operational and management modes and different logistics structures.Using gray system theory and modern accountant, etc, this paper establishes five basic safeguard systems of enterprise's logistics cost check system, crystallizes the steps of enterprise's logistics cost check and checking contents, sets up index system and check tables of enterprise's logistics cost check, and establishes check methods of each check index of enterprise logistics cost.
