A Study On The Evolution History Of Urban System In The Dong-ting Lake Region

Urban system is a netlike organic city and town entirety that is comprised by a series of unequal scale and different function cities and towns, what contacts mutually, and has certain time and spatial structure in some region range. By means of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the paper mainly discusses the evolution history of urban system in the Dong-ting lake region based on the rich and accurate historical material. Here it has revealed existing problem in the developing process on the basis, and has brought forward countermeasure and improving measure constructively.
