As the gradual global development of economics and the opening of logisticsfield in our country, some successful foreign logistics enterprises have been broughtin and are competing with those domestic for the market, which has become the fact.Look back at the domestic logistics enterprises, Though called third-party logisticsenterprises, their operation basically focus on some low grade activities, such asproviding storage,main transporting,delivery and so on. In some enterprises whichpossess high additive operation ability such as logistics system designing,logisticsdeputizing and so on, their profit resource are based on the clients' expend of cost,and the number of the enterprises is very small. In fact, as a real successfulthird-party logistics enterprise, it usually shares the income with their corporationsthrough optimizing logistics system designing,conformitying the supplying chain topromote the core competing ability of clients'enterprises. Because of many factors,the domestic enterprises are lack of activities in this field and are unsuccessful. So itis urgently necessary to provide reference for the logistics enterprises through usingfor other logistics enterprises'successful experience in the system operating.Antai logistics company, mentioned in this article, is a successful professionallogistics company in the gnangdong area, it has been running for more than ten years,accumulated much successful experience, but meanwhile, much deficiency has alsobeen exposed. In this article, we analyzed the company logistics operating systemusing some relating logistics principles according with the company'actualmanaging course, and put forward the improving scheme, forecast the probableresult after the improvement and give a summary.In this article, we try to put forward a better model, through concluding andsumming up the successful experience and the deficiency in the operating ofcompany; promote the enterprises'competing ability in their market operating;provide experience reference for domestic enterprises, and enhance the level oflogistics service in reply to the severity competing environment of the market.
