Study On Agricultural Industrialization Development And Mode In Xinjiang

The 16th Congress of CPC has proposed that the key to the construction of a well—off society lies in the rural areas, while the difficulty in farmers. Premier WEN Jiabao in the government service report in 2005 has stressed once more that properly solving the questions of agriculture, countryside and farmer are still to be the emphasis of work centers . Whether china can solve the questions of "three agriculture" by itself has become the key of our country's realizing the comprehensive construction well-off society and the important content of construction of harmonious society. Xinjiang is an agricultural big province and the rural population accounts for above 60% of total population, the agriculture holds the very great proportion in the national economy, and the foundationdation , the superiority, the potential and the hope of economical development all originate from the agriculture. Therefore the questions of "three agriculture" is also very outstanding and classical. Specially in the process of the current advancement of socialism new rural construction, how to turn the advantages of rich agricultural resources into those of developing economy, Xinjiang from a big agricultural province into an agricultural power to speed up the construction of socialism harmonious society, and to realize the overall coordinated development of city and countryside and the comprehensive construction of well-off society will be an important issue which Xinjiang's economy development will face. The practice of domestic and foreign agricultural development has prooved the development of agricultural industry have the huge impetus function for the overall situation of the economy. It not only can promote the agricultural economy progress, but also advance the whole economy development. Therefore it also becomes inevitable and practialchoice of solving this topic. The agricultural industrialization is regarded as the subject of the new time agriculture and the rural work. The third chapter after introduction of agricultural development survey of Xinjiang, analyzed and summarized the present situation of development of agriculture industryialization in Xinjiang and the vital role of the economy of county territory. The fourth chapter has analyzed the Xinjiang's superior condition of development of agriculture industrialization and the existence main question, and provides the reality basis for the research of policy suggestio.
