Six Sigma has quickly spread among many companies of Europe and America since it was promoted by Motorola in 1987. Such as GE and Allied Signal became the most of successful companies by using Six Sigma which stands for nearly perfect quality. The Six Sigma way is a systemic methodology that helps the enterprise improve quality, add up satisfaction of customers and make continuous progress. Along with china joining into WTO and economic globalization, Chinese companies have been faced with stinging competition coming from Multinational Corporations, which is difficult for Chinese companies to survive and develop. In order to win in the competition, Chinese quality management need step up with world's level for excellent, a lot of researches have done in the Six Sigma to improve the quality management.Since China Council for the Promotion of Six Sigma (CCPSS) established in 2002, Six Sigma management has implemented in the companies all of the country, but there were many problems because of insufficient quality consciousness, for example copying other company without change, company culture and management can not satisfy Six Sigma and so on. The paper focuses on researching the Six Sigma management method, and establishes Six Sigma project management system.Firstly, researched on Six Sigma project management theory deeply, analyzed the method of implementing Six Sigma project and project quality management to establish the mode of Six Sigma project management.Secondly, explored the key technology of modern company in Six Sigma project management, analyzed the decision-making technology of Six Sigma projects selection based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation (FSE), projects'data collecting method, implement flow and evaluation system of Six Sigma project.And then, based on the analysis of system function requirement, performance requirement and information requirement, system whole structure and function structure are built up, and analyzed function structure, database and module design in detail.Finally, choiced the appropriate develop mode and tools to establish Six Sigma project management system, and explain the main function with the instance.
