The Research On 3FI Thechnology And Its Application In New Product Development

Since 21st century, Along with the development of economical globalization, market competition has become more and more intense, which promptes the renewal of the product to speed up, the demand of enterprise for new product development to be even more urgent, and the quality requirement of the new product development to be more and more high. As a result of the high-speed development in science and technology, product development's system function is more and more powerful, and the product structure is more and more complex, the development risk increases day by day. Therefore, how to develop the low cost, high quality product in the limited time has become the enterprise'survival and development key.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of new product development and research ,and the reliability analysis technology in domestic and foreign, this article indicates the research approach which applies the 3F integrated technology in new product development comprehensively. Using the 3F integrated technology, will be helpful to eliminate or reduce the risk of new product development (all defect and failure of new product development), enhance the product reliability, and to reduce rework and duplicates, which can reduce the product development cycle, and reduce the product renewal cost, and enhance the customers'degree of satisfaction and the produce market competitive ability, and which lay the good development foundation for the enterprise.Main research contents of this article are as follows:①New product development and the product reliability and the risk control are introduced, the research survey of the application of the reliable technology in the new product development process is summarized , and the topic originates, the research significance and the papers'system structure are elaborated;②The application rationale of the 3F integrated technology in new product development is elaborated in detail, including the introduction of three kinds of related reliable technology, the proposition of 3F integrated technology, as well as the movement model and implementation flow of 3F integrated technology in new product developments'application and so on;③The essential contents of the 3F integrated technologies'application in new product development process are discussed at present, including: the researches of the 3F integrated technology application mode, the closed-loop management mechanism of the product failure information, the continuous improve research of the new product reliability;④Through the application analysis of 3F integrated technology in the new product development process, the preparation before implementation,implementation flow(or process)and steps of the 3F integrated technology has been known systematically, and the conclusion has been drown;⑤The research work of this article is summarized, and the further study direction is also proposed.
