New Product Development Process Analysis And Optimization Of KangYou Biologic Technology Company Based On Inter Control Theory

For assuring the company business develop in long term,increasing the New Product Development(NPD) Process efficiency,improving the NTD process effects, and preventing business and investment risk,we should do a better job for the process management of New Product Development,to standardize the NPD process,to reduce the risks of NPD Process and optimization.It is very important for the enterprises to increasing itself entire competitive capability and the management level,especially for Innovation become to the mainstream of enterprise developing now.Textual object is to find a solution method for other company reference by analyzing the background company.The textual background company,Kangyou Biologic Technology Company is a private holding company to manufacture the medication facility by biology.The company is a high tech,special company for human being out body physical examination system and facility,including sales,new product development & manufacturing and special technology service.By the company size is increasing year after year;some issues are appearing for business management:Since the company is growing very fast,the New Product Development investments are also increasing very fast.But the internal control system for company new development is not very healthy, especially for the process development and risk assessing,the system is very weak, cannot give a strong protection for new product development,even for the company strategic vision needs.Using by IDEFO and ASME Methods,this dissertation find the issues causes of new product development and give a suggestion for process optimizing to Kangyou Company,basing on Internal Control Theory and Process Optimization Theory.This study will give some advice to increasing Kangyou company management ability,and to assure the new product development can be implemented smoothly,reduction of investment and development cost.This study also can give a reference solution for the other company to deal with the similar issues.
