As the globalization of economy develops, international trade competition mainly appear in the field of service trade. Any country, which wants to strongthen its international competitive power, must be equipped with comparative advantage and competitive advantage in service trade. Under this background, the research on our national competition power of service trade looks very important. The desertation will focus on building comment index system of competitive power of our national service trade and commenting on them.With the methods of"complicated index"model and demonstration test , this desertation forms comment index system of competitive power of our national service trade, on the basis of it , compare on international data with choosed index, and proves the weakness and strongness of competitive power of our national service trade.Firstly, this desertation sums up the related litarature and form the theroy base—the theory of competitive advantage and the one of exchange-cost.then on the basis of gathering comment indexes, from the angle of index of factors,the level of development, marketing deploitation, the writer build complicated index system , confirm the rationality of the theory model with multianalysis and at last ,produce the indexes of competitice power:human capital, technology overflowing, exchange cost, the rate of GDP of service trade in the total, the rate of exportation of mordern service trade in the total of service trade, productivity, opening degree of foreign trade, opening degree of foreign capital,the rate of overseas marketshare,the value of exportation, TC. Then compared international data with these indexes, the writer draws that, in the field of affecting factors, human capital, technology overflowing and exchange cost keep the great distance with international level, which must affect the improvement of the level of competitive power; in the field of development level, the development of our service trade, especially of mordern service trade and productivity drop behind, which must decide us to mainly export labour-intensive service products and import capital-intensive service products, accordingly affect to improve competitive power; in the field of marketing deploitation, the rate of overseas marketshare and the opening degree of trade market keep low, enterprises and government should encourage exportation of service trade and enlarge the marketshare. In a word, the international competitive power of our national service trade is still keped in the low level stage. At last, from the angle of affecting factors, development level,marketing deploitation, the desertation advances the suggestion ,so as to improve the competitive power of our national service trade.
