Research On Non-Balanced Condition Of Institution Between Supply And Demand In Circular Economy Development Of China

The circular economy is basic approach to realize the sustainable development of economy, society and the environment. Along with the rapid growth of our state economy, the contradictions among economy development, environment and natural resources are becoming more and more glaring, and these factors have restricted further development of economy. However, the arrival of circular economy provides a fundamental approach in alleviating the acute contradiction between economy development and environment preservation. Circular economy calls for people to realize the "dual-win" effect in economy development and environment preservation through abiding by and utilizing rational rules contained in ecology, and to realize low - emission or even zero-emission by recycling and proficient utilization of resources. Talk from the perspective of macroscopic strategy, developing circular economy is the objective requirement to realize sustainable development of economy and to improve fragile environment of our country, and it is also a realist request to set up fairly well-off society. In recent years, our country has got some achievements in circular economy, but with the further development of it, the institution barriers have become the main reason for which many local government and enterprises are inactive to implement it.This thesis begins with present state of institution supply and institution demand of circular economy in china, then it reaches a conclusion that the institution arrangement of circular economy is in non -balanced condition, it reflects the state with the coexistence of insufficiency and surplus in terms of institution supply. It also analyses present situation, reasons and influences of the non-balanced condition. Finally, it proposes that the key to resolve the non-balanced state is institution innovation, and through analyzing the motive and advantages and disadvantages of various institution main body, and points out that the key to institution innovation is choosing appropriate main body and way of institution innovation.
