A Research On The Tourism Environmental Carrying Capacity In Coastal Scenic Area

Embarks from the system theory viewpoint, the author analyzes travel environmental capacity(TECC) systematically in the entire tourist environment system for the first time from the plan theory frame and the management tool, and studies tourist environment system from organizational structure aspect, forever constructs the concept of travel environmental capacity from tourist supplies and demand. In the planning theory frame aspect, based the domestic correlation achievement, consummates the TECC and its sub-capacity concept and surveys method. In the transform of t TECC research center from the plan theory frame to manages tool, the author unifies the VERP correlation, which is research results in US national park, sets the goal of TECC research, constructs t the causal relation of TECC management from tourist supplies and demand, according to TECC goal and the organizational character of tourist environment system.. Then the author points out that there are negative causes and effects feedbacks in tourist, travel aims and tourist managers, carries on flows graph designing and constructs TECC managed model, setting tourist income, degree of tourist satisfaction and degree of inhabitant satisfaction as decision-making point, setting tourist, the average of tourist consumes, tourist economy development and scenic area maintains as accumulate variables. After carrying on the TECC managed model with the disputed of ticket price in Gulangyu, the author puts forward four suggestions to the managers to maintain the sustainable development in Gulangyu tourist.
