Research Of Strategy Based On Development Of Economy-Oriented Agricutural Mechanization

For a long time, in the process of agricultural mechanization development, we didn't research or think much of agricultural mechanization into a conservation-oriented, sustainable system at a industry, a strategic height, but a extensive resource consumption patterns of development, which makes agricultural machinery products and agricultural machinery industry develop at a low level, and lead some serious problems such as big consumption of agricultural machine, or serious wastes of resources, etc.In this paper, we put agricultural mechanization into the agriculture system. We sum up some developed and developing countries'successful experiences on agricultural mechanization, using a comparative analysis method which combines the qualitative and quantitative. We found the problems existed in the development of our country, and we bring forward a system of conservation-oriented from an angle of strategy according to China's conditions. We also raised the agricultural mechanization function scientifically, enhanced the awareness of conservation and sustainable development, and specified the direction of the development of conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization.In this paper, we talked some developed countries like the US, Canada, Japan, and their features of agricultural mechanization development. We also researched some developing countries like India which is familiar with us. At the same time, we reviewed our own problems and successes in the past 50 years. From them, we know the gap between us and some foreign countries, and there is also some experience for us to learn.I made it clear that we must follow the conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization, according to the increasingly obvious contradictions such as the shortage of arable land resources and the waste of water which seriously existed in our country. At the same time, we raised and set up a strategy system in conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization, in the view of micro strategy and other strategies. We also made a number of recommendations on our own conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization, and emphasized that it was a long-term and arduous task, which should consider of our own conditions and increased the exchanges and cooperation with other advanced counties, and then we can establish a long-term mechanism of the development of Conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization.Conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization is an organic system which consists of ecosystems, technical systems and economic systems. What is new in this paper is putting forward a perspective of conservation-oriented agricultural mechanization through the contrast between us and other developed countries, and consider of our own conditions such as energy consumption, waste of resources, high cost.On the other hand, this paper researched the agricultural mechanization development system, and pointed out the dialectical relationship of checking each other and promoting each other from the strategic point of view, and thus proposes a solution.
