In recent years, with advances in technology and economic development, factors of risk become more and more complex, risk measurement and management attract people's attention increasingly. Since E. Halley compiled the world's first Life Table in 1693, the development of the theory of risk has been more than 300 years of history. Now, Risk theory has become an important branch of the insurance actuarial science, it also plays an important role in the theory and practice of insurance. And the bankrupt theory is a very important question of the study of risk theory. As to the insurance, that bankrupt theory and research on related issues would provide a very useful means of advanced risks warning in to policy-maker. So the study on bankrupt theory has an important practical significance. The issue of"probability of insolvency", which is one of the most important issue of insurance actuarial mathematics, is introduced in this paper. It focuses mainly on the bankrupt probability problems of insurance under some factors. Recalling the classical risk model of insolvency at the beginning, then the compound Poisson process of bankrupt probability is introduced; next we studied on issues of bankrupt probability under the regular rates, derived the integral equation whose solution is just the probability of bankrupt, we studied the issues of pre-insolvency of the surplus in the same way and derived the integral equation too; Finally stochastic simulation of bankrupt probability is carried out, we simulated mainly the bankrupt probability at the different initial reserves and operation time by Matlab, also we simulated the bankrupt probability respectively of classical risk model and under regular rates.
