The Multinational Corporations' Direct Investment's Impact On China's Economy Security

Multinational corporations have been playing an increasingly important role in global economic integration and world economy. Besides, their behavior of transnational direct investment has attached attentions involving different kinds of countries. As an important part of national security, national economy security is a pillar paving the way for the sustainable development of national economy.Multinational corporations' direct investment behavior, on one hand, makes a certain contribution to the national economic development and participation into economic globalization, on the other hand, it causes concerning countries to worry about succumbing to globalization of multinational corporations' production and service and suffering exploitation from multinational corporations, so that the national economy security will be contaminated.Under the guidance of reform and opening policy, China has made a great progress in application of multinational corporations' direct investment. However, with China's quicken pace of engagement in economic globalization and after its entry into WTO, the issue, application of multinational corporations' direct investment's impact on our national economy security, has been put to the spotlight. Focusing on it, this paper, mainly from theoretical perspective, explains multinational corporations' direct investment's impact on the national economy security and research of multinational corporations' direct investment's impact on China's economy security and its corresponding measures.
