Research In The Aspacts On Industry Security Reducing By The Multinational Corporation Direct Investment

Some new investment forms including MNC (Multinational Corporation) merging, individual proprietorship emerge in China. Direct investment of MNC affects IS (Industry Security). However, currently the theory in this field does not well develope; the research has not been deeply done. So the deep research in the effect and principal of foreign capital investment, full understanding and evaluation of the effects is not only the necessity of theory development, but also the need of protecting IS(Industry security). It is of academic and real importance.Firstly it simply analyzes the current status of domestic and foreign countries and clarifies the contents and structure of this essay. Secondly, based on some theory established before and from the structure of MNC direct investment of view (industry structure, region structure, investment mode etc.), it analyzes the effects of MNC direct investment in the aspects of industry control, industry structure and industry technology. All these analysis is the foundation of subsequent argumentation. In the later part of the essay, it analyzes the theory mentioned before by real examples, and some mathematics analysis tools are also used. After that, in this article, IS Warning Signal Model is established by NN (Neural Network) bionics technology. The IS Warning Signal Model is used to establish to testify the high-tech industry.Finally, some suggestions are listed below according to the conclusions stating before. When dealing with such problems in the future, we must not only protect IS, understand the negative effects for our economy development, but also see the positive effects. From another hand, we should manage the foreign capital and adjust the policy flexibly according to the need of economy development. So that we can guarantee the long term development and IS in China (Industry Security).
