Subordinates'trust in Leader(STL) study is an important hotspot in enterprise management.This paper study the Subordinates'trust in Leader from management and psychological perspective,employs questionnaire method to explore the structure of STL.The resrarch adopts many kinds of methods such as ,literature search and analysis,behavioral event interview, questionnaire etc.,to study the structure of Subordinates'trust in leader and the influence of STL on correlative variables,such as performance, turnover intention, emotional commitment.In data analysis,some traditional statistical methods ,such as independent-samples T test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The result of study shows:1. The structure of Subordinates'trust in leader comprises five factors:demeanor, concern,moral character, manner of communicated and support, ability.2. Subordinates'trust in leader influences significantly the performance, turnover intention and emotional commitment.3. Three demographic variables, educational level, occupation and length of service have significant effects on Subordinates'trust in leader. But gender, age,unit type have not significant effect on it.The staffs of different educational level show very significant difference in "ability".The staffs of different occupation show significant difference in"manner of communicated and support".The staffs of different length of service show significant different in "demeanor".
