High employee turnover rate could bring employers huge loss, therefore how to build up a pleasant work atmosphere, improve employee organizational commitment and decrease turnover rate in order to bring the maximum benefits for the organization becomes the most critical issues.On the basis of the survey of employee organizational commitment and their turnover intention, this dissertation analyzes organizational commitment and turnover intention. And then, by analyzing their relationship, the author presents some effective suggestions for the management practice.By selecting some representative members working in Shenzhen Postal Material Co. Ltd. as investigation sample, this study collects the data concerning organizational commitment and turnover intention by questionnaire and makes the following conclusions by statistically analyzing 131 effective questionnaires:1. Many personnel-concerned items, especially education, age, job position and job category, influence the organizational commitment and turnover intention significantly.2. Organizational commitment is significantly negative correlated with turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment could be surely used to participate and explain turnover intention.According to the result of the survey, this research calls for the organizations to take advantage of high organizational commitment working system to decrease employee turnover rate through the following measures:1. Create pleasant organizational culture.2. Decrease management levels and promote team management though authority.3. Make different career plan according to age and department and establish short-term, medium-term and long-term job objective for different department in order to satisfy the development of organization. This research only selects organizational commitment and personal attribute variables to analyze their impact on turnover intention, other variables and more samples regarding different industry are highly advised to adopt in the following studies.
