Economic globalization has reached ahnost every corner of the world, all the countries are involved in this trend, no matter passive or initiative. The development of Economic globalization has pushed the trade liberalization rapidly, especially in the developing country, and has become a basic element of the external enviorment which developing country has paid high attention to.Free trade and protection trade are two opposite sides in the international trade policy, the arguments between them lasted about hundreds of years. As a crucial constitutement of economic globalization, trade liberalization is also a process to choose different liberalization level and trade policy to take part in the game of world trade policy. Since the appearance of free trade policy, it has been the core theory of international trade, and has a far-reaching influence on the choice of trade theory and policy that each country has made. In reality, major developing countries' practice proved that, open economy policy, to turn to free trade or trade liberalization from trade protection, is a correct choice for economy development. Trade liberalization became a policy target that many countries praised highly, including developed countries. However, in the time that economy globalization and trade liberalization has domained the world trade, arised some phenomenon of trade protection. That could found in the foreign trade policy of developed country and some famous economists' theory research. These phenomenon formed some hinderance in the construction of the world free trade frame and the successful push of trade liberalization, especially not good for the developing countries' development in the world economy. Thus, the direction of trade liberalization needs not only the theory provement, but also the exemple verify. The adoption of trade liberalization policy environment in developing countries, is a demand to carry forward the economy globalization in essence, and is also the need for its development itself. Because the economy globalization is an uneven and unequal process, developing countries will face many difficulties in the tade liberalization, such as worsen trade conditions, more trade conflicts, etc. So, how to handle the challenge and to better push the trade liberalization became an urgent problem for developing countries in the economy globalization.This article firtstly introduced the economy globalization, the new characteristics of the international trade in it, the positive and negative effects of the economy globalization on developing countries. Bring the favourable opportunity to the developing countries but also made them face unavoidable challenges. The second chapter introduces the free trade and protection trade, tracing back their development in each stagement. Made clear the position of trade liberalization, put forward that it is the main flow in the economy globalization by the analysis of economic research and game theory. Free trade and protection trade have some new characteristics nowadays, and protection trade become more appearent in the frame of trade liberalization. The third part carry forward theory analysis around the relationship between trade liberalization and development of developing countries. Made out that trade liberalization won't lead to the deteriorate of developing countries' industrialization. Through the practice of Philippines,Mexico,Brazilian, and the biggest developing country, China, proved that trade liberalization lead the development in these countries. In chapter four, introduced the effect that economy globalization had on the developing countries' trade liberalization. Developing countries has to face the problem positively, such as deterioration of trade conditions, which were brought by the uneven level from economy globalization. This demand developing countries to handle actively, to eliminate the negative effect gradually aroused from economy globalization and excessive trade liberalization, to made free trade became a process that can enhance the benefits in each country, making the developing countries conform to the trend and bring the development in itself. The chapter five introduces the major measure that developing countries need to face the trade liberalization.
