Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system incarnates the advanced enterprise management theory, and supplies the excellent blue print of enterprise informationization integration. It manages the enterprise by unifing the material flow,capital flow,value flow,operation flow and information flow, balances the enterprise's human resource,capital,material,equipment,technique,information and time ,makes use of the existing resources furthest to obtain more economy benefit, and manages the enterprise's human,wealth,substance,manufacture,supply and sales effectively.The theory and method of ERP system implementation evaluation in manufacturing company are researched comparatively deep and systematically in this paper. The achievements are as follows:(1)The ERP system implementation evaluation studies now basically focus on the performance evaluation after the ERP system implementation, estimating the impacts on companies using some methods from different point of view. It is mentioned that there are tow parts about the ERP implementation evaluation in manufacturing companies: evaluation in implementation and evaluation after implementation. Both are researched comparatively deep in this paper.(2)In the evaluation in implementation, the index system about evaluation is put forward from the effect in implementation and critical success factors(CSF) about ERP implementation. Base on the manufacturing company's characteristics, detailed hypo-level indexes are set up from five CSF : management/organization,process,technology,data and people. Then use Gray Relation Analysis evaluation method to evaluate. It can analyse the CSF impacts on the implementation's effects, so it can improve the ERP system implementation successful probability.(3)The Balanced Scorecard and the competition preponderance's use for reference, the index system of the evaluation after implementation is put forward including finance,customer,inner business process,learn and improvement and competition preponderance. Then this paper uses the method which integrates the fuzzy evaluation method and gray relation analysis method to found a model to evaluate the effect after the ERP system implementation. It can estimate the whole ERP implementation effects in manufacturing company.These results of study can be used to analyse the CSF impacts'degree on the implementation's effects in ERP system implementation, so company can adjust with reason to control the implementation; can be used in the whole performance measurements after the ERP system implementation.
