Enterprise informationization construction is a type of complex systems engineering andits comprehensive plan is the key factor and the pilot project. For the Group businesses, thediversification of the company’s business, the complexity of the governance structure, thedynamic nature of the company’s strategic management, have decided its informationizationplanning is very complex. Therefore to determine the informationization needs and strategies,it requires a multifaceted, multi-angle, multi-level analysis and researchBased on the actual needs of the company management, surveys and evaluate thedevelopment strategy of the Group’s control mode, the plate business and the CurrentSituation of information construction is surveyed and evaluated.
