Through this paper, mainly the following conclusions can be drawn :1.China's ports are changing to large and professional. the Yangtze River Delta port development is most rapid.2.Port cargo throughput related to the macroeconomic situation closely foreign trade is most closely related to throughput.3.Port scale for shoreline use efficiency will have a "scale effect", the larger port, Shoreline will tend to use higher efficiency4.The structure of different goods have different shoreline use efficiency, coal, oil, Ore Terminal professional coastline use efficiency is far higher than other types of goods.5.10,000-ton berths percent of the total number of berths is a a gradual rising trend because of shipping large of the impact of a gradual rising trend. However, due to natural and social environment, and other factors are bound to the 10,000-ton berths increase is not unlimited. Thus the ratio of performance can change with time and increasing trend.6. Dalian Port shoreline use less efficient, 10,000-ton berths low proportion.
