Research On The Income Distribution Problem Of Enterprises In Supply Chain Based On Game Theory

Along with the deepening of economic globalization, supply chain is increasingly becoming an effective way to deal with the fierce market competition among enterprise. The key that supply chain will eventually gain a competitive advantage lies in effective cooperation in various capacities complementary independent enterprises .The fair and reasonable income distribution system is the most important basis of effective cooperation .As for the decisions of supply chain distribution need to consider the interaction between problems of decision-making, so, the distribution of income has become more complex problem. Game theory, as the method to study the interaction between problems of decision-making ,provides a very effective analytical framework to resolve the problem. Therefore, through the introduction of modern game theory thinking and analysis method in this thesis, we systematically study the problem of the income distribution among the member enterprises of supply chain.Three main aspects have been studied in this thesis: The analysis of the distribution of incomes, the game analysis under different information conditions, the countermeasures and implementation steps of income distribution of enterprises in supply chain. To analyze the distribution of incomes, the distribution of income associated with the five issues are described in this thesis at first, then, the supply chain income connotation and forms of expression are discussed, as well as the connotation and characteristics of enterprises income distribution in supply chain are general analyzed. The income distribution principles can be applied to quantitative analysis are established on the basis of the basic principles at last. To analyze the income distribution game in different information condition, according to the conditions of incomplete information and asymmetric information, including Nash bargaining solution and a multi-stage game theory, and a non - egalitarian coefficient and an efforts level factor is different used to establish and analyze model. Calculation examples are analyzed after the models. In the countermeasures and implementation steps of income distribution of enterprises in supply chain aspect, corresponding countermeasures and general steps are raised according to different imbalance types and the features of supply chain.The study for the reasonable income distribution of enterprises in supply chain has the extremely vital significance to the stability and development of supply chain. Because of the income distribution of enterprises in supply chain is studied in the framework of game theory in this thesis, it has theoretical and practical significance to the application and development of income distribution in supply chain.
