Profound changes have taken place in society and economy in the era of knowledge-based economy.Because of the advantage of low cost with cheap raw materials and labor have already did not exist,Chinese enterprises must look for the new space of survival and development,so Chinese enterprises from the beginning of "Made In China" to "Create In China" strategy.However,many Chinese enterprises still pay much attention on the qualitative decision making based on experience.The backward allocation restricts the potential of human capital and suppresses the economic growth.Therefore,to explore the scientific theory and method of Compensation distribution based on cooperative game theory,the investment enthusiasm of investors and employees stimulate innovation ability,working enthusiasm,has important practical significance to the strategic transformation and development of Chinese enterprises.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the theory of labor distribution and the actual demand of enterprise's salary management,it is found that there is an inefficient behavior in the distribution of labor and capital.The deduction of non cooperation game labor distribution system Leontief labor game ideas,find room for improvement,to ensure efficient workers and investors pay distribution;the use of Cobb Douglas production function,the enterprise value of human capital and cooperative game theory,in ensuring the premise of efficient allocation between laborers and investors under consideration the fair,and build a model of labor distribution can be.Secondly,by constructing the index system of the difficulty of laborers,workers to determine the efficient work of opportunity cost,and further the use of cooperative game in Shapley value method,constructed the model of salary distribution among enterprise workers.Again,for the protection of both the salary distribution goal of fairness and efficiency in the enterprise successful,put forward laborer salary structure,performance appraisal,corporate culture has important relationship with the support of salary distribution model management measures.Finally,the model of MD company is used to verify the correctness and operability of the model.This model provides a tool for Compensation distribution,provides the source power for enterprises to create more value added,and provides internal core support for Chinese enterprises to "Create in China" transformation.
