Research On The Application Of Risk Theory On The Enterprise Relocation And Transformation Project

Risk is a hot topic that people like to discuss in life. Starting from the primitive society, the human being had to face various risks, including the disease risk, the natural disaster risk, the war risk and so on. Risk had brought huge life and property loss to the humanity. While suffering from the loss, the human being learned risk unceasingly. In human history, along with improving level of science and technology, gradually human understood risk deeper and deeper. Human began to understand how to manage and control risk, thus created many kinds of risk theory to manage and control risk scientifically through their own wisdom. This paper embarks from risk concept, summarizes the precedent theory achievements about risk systematically, using various qualitative and quantitative analysis tools in risk theory, including cash flow -the modern financial core index, analyzes the risk of relocated and technologically transformed enterprise. Along with society's development and further urban setting and planning, many enterprises began to relocate and have technology transformation. This can cause a big change to the original enterprise either from external aspect or internal aspect. The change of international and domestic environment will inevitably have great influence on the development of enterprises. And the technological transformation of enterprise, adjustment of product structure, change of the production scale, and personnel's adjustment will have great influence on enterprise's own developments. Meanwhile, the relocation and transformations of enterprises are also big investment projects which inevitably cause various risks considering the long time span-usually more than one year, the multi-participation and difficulties in control and coordination, much fund invested .This paper takes the Dalian refrigeration corporation foundry as an example, through current situation analysis of the foundry as well as the investment project cash flow analysis, makes a comprehensive risk analysis to the project, and proposes concrete risk prevention measures, giving good suggestions to the enterprises under similar situation.
